Turbo is suppose to be "free"..".why is it then I had to pay $90/.00 on a refund of $300?.00? It would not let me file my federal taxes BUT yet they still charged me $49;.00+ and $39".00+ for e-filing! What gives TT?

I want my money back if you are not going to file my federal". Sheesh, I want ALL my money back since this is suppose to be free,. It says start for "free", okay, so I typed my name in, is that all I get for the "free" version?

I will not be using this service again if they cannot stick to what is described in all their ads?. Turbo Tax Free Version, where is it? 1291b14
