They got another one. Evidently this clever pair has figured how to obfuscate and hide about $65 worth of various fees and gotchas so that they deftly can suck a chunk of your tax return away without your knowing it at the moment you hit "send". In my case, they didn't even deliver the promised service of e-depositing the refund into the designated account, but rather just sent me a paper check; minus their substantial suckage fee. They know what they're doing. They make it impossible to get in touch with them unless you feel like giving your SSN to an obviously-questionable "University" bank (which seems to move around alot). STAY AWAY. Turbo Tax was a good product/company once, but would appear they've adopted the predatory ethos of the American Corporatocracy and are now out for *your* blood, honor, ethics and reputation be damned.
